Mark Wible was born and raised in Tracy, CA. He is from a third generation Tracy family. Mark attended local schools as well as universities, and he has a Masters’ Degree from CSUS in Turlock, CA. In other words, no one knows the area better than Mark does or cares more about the community.
Mark Wible returned from living in Maui Ha. In 1985, and he obtained a Real Estate license in 1986. Mark obtained a Brokers’ license in 1994 while working at RE/Max of Tracy. He was employed at Coldwell Banker from 1995 until 2013 when he decided to open his own company. Mark Wible is currently the Broker/Owner of Wible Real Estate.
Mark uses his 35 plus years of experience to assist his sellers in maximizing their equity profits. Mark’s buyers benefit from his experience by being able to find that perfect property to meet their needs and get their offer accepted. Wible Real Estate does property Management, also. Mark manages four full time agents and two full time property managers. Two of mark’s agents, as well as his administrator, Michelle speak Spanish, fluently.
